We specialize in menu consulting for wine and cocktail programs, hospitality strategy, and personalized wine and spirits education—available online and in person for corporate clients, teams, and individuals. Additionally, we offer custom gift sets featuring premium spirits, wines, and non-alcoholic selections, as well as bespoke brand activations and curated events for private and corporate clients.

Founder

Sabrina Minks, founder of Fêtes Éphémère, is a seasoned beverage and hospitality consultant with a passion for crafting exceptional experiences. She has designed beverage programs for luxury brands like Proper Hospitality and Chateau Marmont, led spirits education for The Dalmore Whisky and Tequila Komos, and managed high-profile partnerships at events such as Cannes Lions and The Super Bowl.

Her previous company, Sunset Boulevardier, was featured in USA Today, NPR, LA Times, and Elle Magazine, collaborating with clients like The Getty Family, Warner Brothers Music, Dell, and Stanford University on curated cocktail experiences and gifting programs.

With hands-on experience at The NoMad and Bar Covell, Sabrina also spent six years as Events Manager at Chateau Marmont, orchestrating luxury events for brands like Vanity Fair and Chanel. A certified sommelier and published poet, she thrives on collaborating with creatives to bring artful, unforgettable experiences to life.
